Message received

Thank you from Pivemon, we have your message

Pivemon has your note safely on the counter phone and someone will read it between service rushes, so expect a reply the same trading day or early on the next.

What happens next

Three steps before you hear back

Nothing complicated happens between now and our reply, but here is the short version in case you would like to know who is doing what.

1. It lands on the register phone

Enquiries come straight to the handset behind the bar, not a shared inbox. Whichever barista is free picks it up first.

2. We check the diary

If it is a date for catering or a workshop, we look at the calendar before promising anything, so you get a yes or a no rather than a maybe.

3. You get a plain reply

Prices, timing and any catch included. No follow up funnel, just an answer you can work with.

Weekends tend to be slower, since most of the crew is on the machine rather than reading messages. Monday morning is the safe bet if you sent something on a Sunday.

While you wait

Two things worth reading about

Depending on what you asked about, one of these pages probably answers your question faster than we can.

Drop in any time

The bar is open from 6:30am

If your question is quicker to answer in person, we are on Queen Street most mornings. Come in, order something, and someone behind the counter will be glad to help.

One last thing

Did you forget to mention something?

Send a second message through the contact page and mention the date or subject from your first note. We will join the two up on our side. No need to start over.
